If you can't drive through tunnels and over some bridges with a 20# propane tank on your RV, would DHS or DOT go for 10x as much CNG?

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

Seems the company Kane is Able is unhappy with their purchase of CNG powered trucks, and is suing Volvo after a fire.

I am certified to repair CNG and Propane powered vehicles. Those tanks are much safer than any diesel or fuel tank. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVRcugQW1Wg
