JBS Carriers, the transportation arm of JBS USA, is an over-the-road and regional truckload carrier handling both refrigerated and non-refrigerated freight. We have terminals in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Hyrum, Utah; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; and Oakwood, Georgia; with regional operations in the Southeast, Midwest and Western states.
JBS Carriers has a fleet of more than 700 trucks and employs more than 900 people. We offer carrier services to JBS USA, Pilgrim's Pride and other customers throughout the U.S. Our non-refrigerated specialized fleet consists of live haul (cattle and hogs), tanks, container chassis and grain hoppers. We also provide dedicated fleet services in Texas and Georgia to meet and exceed the logistical needs of our customers.
The training at JBS will last approximately 6 weeks.
6-8 week mentor training program for new drivers.
You will average approximately $450 per week during your training.
You are dispatched as a team during training with JBS
At JBS you will run solo after training.
Hiring areas are mainly centered around larger cities in these states, and vary by position and route.
Pay between $.40 - $.46 per mile
Texas route pays up to $.45 per mile, others are $150 daily minimum.
Regional runs cover a multitude of states throughout the U.S. Our Western; Greeely, CO; and Midwest Competitive pay available and take advantage of full company benefits program after 60 days. Top 200 drivers make over $60,000 per year.
Dedicated runs include fleets dedicated to Chicken, Pork and Beef plants. Earn $900+/weekly + added bonuses. Weekly hometime and take advantage of full company benefits program after 60 days. All dedicated drivers are paid weekly and drive brand new 2015 KW T-680's
Specialized runs include Cactus, Greeley, Green Bay and Souderton, All Specialized drivers enjoy daily hometime, weekly pay of up to $1000 (and more), and full company benefits after 60 days.

JBS has the following home time options available:
Most regional and dedicated routes will get their drivers home every week, or 7-10 days. Specialized routes will get drivers home daily, or almost daily.
