Tango Transport was established in 1991 by the father-and-son team of Robert E. Gorman and BJ Gorman. Robert Gorman's youngest son, Chris D. Gorman, became Executive Vice President soon after joining Tango in 1994.
For Tango Transport, LLC. started small - a trailer bought at an auction for $3,500 to serve as an office, two trucks to haul freight and a couple of employees, in a town with a population of 200.
