  • Class A CDL license with 18 months verifiable experience (Tractor Trailer experience only)
  • No more than 1 ticket in the previous year (previous 12 months)
  • No more than 3 tickets in previous 3 years (previous 36 months)
  • Can not have 3 tickets or more for the same offense in previous 5 years (previous 60 months)
  • No more than 2 at fault accidents in 5 years
  • No at fault fatality accidents
  • No conviction involving drugs, alcohol or other controlled substances
  • No conviction involving leaving the scene of an accident
  • No more than 1 reckless or careless driving conviction in 3 years
  • No more than 2 reckless or careless driving convictions in 5 years
  • No pending proceedings for suspension of driver's license
  • No suspension of driver's license for any moving violation within previous 3 years (previous 36 months)
  • No revoked license with past 5 years (previous 60 months)
  • Must have adequate on-route driving experience over all types of terrain and weather
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen and DOT physical is required
  • Must be registered with the US Selective Service
  • Hiring Drivers With Felonies

    • No conviction involving drugs, alcohol or other controlled substances
    • No conviction involving leaving the scene of an accident
  • Hiring Drivers With A DUI

    Eagle does not allow any DUI's
